About the Leading Helicopter Organization

HAI Member Categories:
1. Helicopter Operators
Dues range from $375 to $3,250 based on number of helicopters operated
Individuals or companies who own/operate helicopters as a business tool, for personal use, or in public service for a local, state, or federal agency or entity. Only a principal owner, an officer, or an employee of a Helicopter Operator Member shall be eligible to serve on the Board of Directors. Membership benefits extend to all company employees.
2. Unmanned Aircraft Systems Operators
Dues are $55 or $95 based on type of operation
Operators, whether individuals or companies, of one or more unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) who do not also operate helicopters. Membership benefits extend to all company employees.
3. Manufacturers and Suppliers
Dues range from $325 to $13,500 based on annual gross revenue
Organizations who provide products, supplies, services to, the vertical lift industry or lease helicopters rather than operate them. Membership benefits extend to all company employees.
4. Pilots and Mechanics/Engineers
Dues are $95
Licensed pilots or mechanics/engineers in the vertical flight industry. Membership benefits for one individual only.
5. Industry Professionals
Dues are $95
Individuals who believe in HAI’s mission and wish to contribute to the industry but don’t fit the requirements of another membership category. Membership benefits for one individual only.
