Airwolf Aerospace has received China CAAC VSTC1038

Airwolf Aerospace has received China CAAC VSTC1038 for its TT Straps for Enstrom Turbine 480/480B helicopters and for TT Straps and conversions from Lamiflex bearing to Airwolf TT straps for all piston F-28/280 Enstrom helicopters. The CAAC STC is validation of FAA STC SR03465CH. Operators of Enstrom 480B helicopters in China can now benefit from a 50% increase in calendar life as Airwolf’s Enstrom 480 TT Straps have a life limit of 36-month/1,200 hours. Enstrom Helicopters has discontinued Lamiflex bearings so the Airwolf STC Conversion Mod must be installed to keep Piston Enstrom’s airworthy when the Lamiflex bearings fail or are timed out. Airwolf TT Straps are a major improvement over the Lamiflex bearings, providing a much smoother ride and putting an end to the tracking and balancing issues that aging Lamiflex bearings cause. Airwolf is pleased to have received the TT Strap STC validation so more Enstrom operators can benefit from its products.
